Social media is mostly full of stories of business success, amazing holidays, personal goals achieved.

Yet we need to take comfort and show support for the few who are not ashamed to share their struggles and weakness. It is dangerous and unrealistic to think that the only stories we should share with our mates, or the world, are those of great success. Not only are they inclined to egotism but they are not a fair reflection of real-life throughout history.

Instead, let's freely admit that we have failed, we are failing and will always fail, it simply proves we are human. Yet let's find hope in knowing that the water of life always flows to the lowest point.
